What Information Do We Collect?
When you join up with our system we collect and record information about your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We may also record which products you are interested in, which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns.

What Do We Do With Information We Record About You?
The information is used to allow us to process your orders, communicate with your regarding orders you have placed and to effectively provide you with the best possible service and make your shopping with us a more personal and pleasurable experience. We may also send you information from time to time about new services or products we have available that we feel may be of interest to you. Your name and contact information may be shared with other Companies within our group for marketing purposes but will not be provided to anyone else outside our own group of Companies. The exception to this would be where you have defaulted in some way by non-payment of amounts owed to us or fraudulently obtaining goods from us, where we may disclose your details to our solicitors or debt recovery agency.
