Availability of Goods Ordered
All goods listed on our website are done so in good faith and we will take
all steps possible to supply as ordered. There may be rare circumstances were
goods ordered may be found to be non-deliverable due to a variety of reasons.
In such instances, those goods will be deleted from your order prior to payment
being taken and you will be advised accordingly of such actions either by e-mail
or by telephone.
Dispatch Times
For all items held in stock, ordered and payment confirmed before 4pm Monday
to Friday will be dispatched by the following day. Items ordered that are not
in stock are dispatched at the next earliest opportunity. 99.9% of all products
listed on our e-shop are held in stock and will generally be dispatched within
the quoted time span. However, on occasion, certain products may be out of stock
and on these rare occasions the ordered product/s will be obtained from our
suppliers and delivered within 28 days. Actual delivery time will depend on
your location and the method of delivery selected. The following may be used as
a guide:
- Express Post Parcel or Satchel: 1-2 Business Days
- Regular Parcel Post: Within Metropolitan Area of Same City: Next Business Day
- Between Metropolitan Area of Capital Cities: 3-5 Business Days
- Between Metropolitan Area of Capital Cities and Country Location: 5-7 Business Days
Insurance
Title in the goods passes to the customer at the time we deliver the goods
to the courier or the courier collects the goods from our premises. The goods
are therefore shipped at the customer’s risk. Depending on the type of delivery
selected will determine if insurance will be available. If you do select a
delivery method that allows to pay extra for insurance, your insurance cover
will be determined by the maximum value provided by that insurance option. In
the event that goods are damaged in transit, the customer will be required to
submit a claim directly to the courier’s insurance company.
Undelivered/Lost Goods
All goods are checked before delivery and leave our warehouse in good
condition. Any goods not received with 28 days should be reported to the
appropriate courier. In some cases it may be possible that attempts have been
made to deliver the goods but the for some reason were not able to be delivered and
are held at the courier’s store pending claiming by the owner. If the goods
have been lost in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to make a claim
on the courier or the courier’s insurance if cover was requested.
Returns - Goods Received Damaged
All goods are checked before delivery and leave our warehouse in good
condition. Any goods received damaged would indicate damage in transit and is
the customer’s responsibility to make a claim on the courier or the courier’s
insurance if cover was requested. Damaged goods are not returnable or
refundable.
Returns - Goods No Longer Required or Ordered Incorrectly
Due to the nature of our goods we cannot accept returns in a case where
you have chosen incorrectly or you have simply changed your mind. It is
important therefore that you choose carefully before confirming your order.
Returns - Goods Ordered Correctly but Supplied Incorrectly
It would be very rare that this would occur, because our system
involves checking of goods against an order by two persons before despatch.
Where it can be demonstrated that you have ordered a particular item and we have
dispatched it incorrectly, you will need to obtain a RMA number as per the
instructions in the RMA section below and then return the item to us ensuring it
is unopened, complete in its package and in a re-saleable condition. You must
report an incorrect delivery within 24 hours of having received it. Failure to
report it within the required time will be assumed that the goods have been
delivered as ordered and may not be returnable.
RMA Procedure
In order to return goods to us (no matter what the reason), you must first
obtain a RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authority) from us. This may be done
by telephoning our administration office during business hours Monday to Friday
between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You will need to provide us with all relevant
details like your Customer Code, Name, Address, Invoice Number on which your
purchase was made, Product Code and Description and details about
why you want to return the item. If the return is acceptable, we will provide
you with a RMA number by return email.
You will then need properly package the item so it will not be damaged in
transit, address it and ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside
of the package next to the address. All shipping to send the item to us and then
to have it returned will be payable by yourself. Any package received by us that
does not have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will
not be accepted under any circumstances and returned to you at your cost. We
will not be held responsible for the non-return of such goods.
Products being returned must be in their original packaging and in a
resaleable condition.
International Shipping Policy
Where goods have been ordered from and are to be delivered to an overseas
destination, we will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that
arise from your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for
any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our
international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including
customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our shipping fees ONLY reflect
the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your
local duty or tax and the carrier bills us for the unpaid charges, we will re-
charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes
may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are
unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before
ordering.
